The 5th cousin of Doctor Doom, Robert Doom was a dentist whose side of the family emigrated to America from Latveria. He was jealous of his cousin's success, and wanted to become a ruler like him, becoming master of the tri-state area. He used mind-controlling dental implants to induce wealthy patients to give him money to achieve this. When a faulty implant alerted She-Hulk, he tried to destroy her with his robotic servant and armor, but she overcame him and he was imprisoned.[1]
