History

Pluto was an orphan dog that along with Miraclewoman (Avril Lear) and Young Nastyman (Terence Rebbeck) were created as a separate project from Project Zarathustra that Doctor Gargunza hid from the government.

Gargunza created a cellular replicate of Pluto, a "Clone", with superhuman abilities that was deposited into infra-space, only to be released whenever Pluto would switch bodies thanks to a brain implant in both bodies.

Gargunza would later have him hunt Michael Moran and Evelyn Cream in the forest in his transformed state, Moran incapable of transforming into Miracleman for an hour due to Gargunza's hypnotic keyword, "Abraxas". Moran and Cream were given a head start, however Cream's head was swiftly decapitated. Pluto later found Moran and was about to kill him, until Moran remembered his change-word, "Steppenwolf", reverting him back into a normal dog, after which Moran bashed its head in, killing Pluto.

Later Miracleman would learn the Qys could remove bodies from infra-space, and requested they implant a new canine mind inside Miracledog's body.
