Doctor Octopus and the rest of the Sinister Six were fleeing from a science lab they had broken into to steal moon rocks when they were intercepted by the Web-Warriors.
Spider-UK webbed up Doctor Octopus while his teammates dealt with the remaining Sinister Sixers, who were ultimately left incapacitated for Spider-Man to find them.[1]
