High powered exo-mentals modeled after Forges own take on Rom's Neutralizer; the anti-mutant Russian national would incarcerate and coerce Dan Molina into disclosing information on the design specs in order to create them and trade said engineering with the criminal organization Homines Verendi.[1]
From there the high-octane armors would be immediately employed to any across the globe looking to deal with they're mutant population after the presentation of their new homeland of Krakoa.[2]
They are particularly put to use by the Russian parliament to detain and incarcerate citizens with the moniker of homo superior. As was made evident by a bigoted military splinter sect whom were found unlawfully incarcerating citizens with an apparent X-gene.[3]
Capabilities[]
Being based on the meta-ability dampener weaponry developed by Forge.[4] The Neutralizer Armor has the ability to temporarily depower any enhanced being it is directed at.
These mechanized battle suits possess a method of emission which discharges from powered gauntlets on the forearms built into the rig.[5]
Beyond that they purportedly increase the physical abilities of the wearer beyond the human norm so as to aid in dealing with multiple adversaries at once.[5]See Also
