Mr. Twinkles (Earth-616)

Mr. Twinkles was one of the stray cats adopted by Dr. Hayes.^[2] Mr. Twinkles subsequently had his DNA experimented on to grant him telepathy. Mr. Twinkles was the primary servant and spy of Dr. Hayes.^[3] After Dr. Hayes was defeated, Mr. Twinkles and the other cats were all eaten by Old Lace.^[4]

Mr. Twinkles possessed mutant powers identical to those of Alice and Gene Hayes due to the genetic engineering of Dr. Hayes.^[1] These powers included:

• Bioluminescence^[1]
