- It's revealed that the Punisher and Wilson Fisk were prisoners in Cell-Block D of Ryker's Island. This is a reference to the comic storyline "The Devil in Cell-Block D", where Daredevil is imprisoned at Ryker's, with the Punisher and Kingpin.
