Kraa (Wabuzi) (Earth-616)

Kraa the Unhuman was a mutated human and a member of the Wabuzi tribe, in Africa. He was mutated by the explosion of an atomic bomb caused by Soviet Soldiers. Kraa was mistaken for the mythical "The Seeker of Vengeance" and attacked the Russians that caused his condition. Kraa was in constant pain from his radiation burns, but can be soothed by an ointment from an American teacher and Kraa apparently fell to his death from a cliff while saving the teacher from an attacking python. It was later revealed that the teacher was subsequently worshipped as a god for apparently destroying Kraa.^[1]

Kraa survived the fall and was taken into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody, where he was placed in the Howling Commandos Monster Force.
