James Kapoztas (Earth-616)

James Kapoztas was the C.E.O. of Az-Tek, one of the fastest growing automotive companies on the New York Stock Exchange.

Suspected of gross negligence, he was attacked by Cardiac, but he was rescued by Spider-Man. He later died at the Mercy General Hospital from heart failure.^[1]
