Trivia
- On his website, creator Alan Davis said "Garth, Lance and Sherlock were a simple throwaway ‘homage’ to some of my favourite fictional characters. Garth and Lance McLane were Newspaper strips in the UK and I chose Sherlock Holmes because I thought the name was unique enough to be recognised as a homage—with the additional playful suggestion that Holmes may have been a Destine."[5]
