An anti-serum that was developed to combat the Devil's Breath outbreak after Doctor Octopus released the virus in Times Square. It was developed by Dr. Morgan Michaels, then stolen by Martin Li, obtained by Spider-Man, before it was stolen again by Doctor Octopus, and was then subsequently retrieved by Spider-Man for replication.
