Synopsis for "Ice Cream Dreams"
Trapped in darkness, Armor hallucinates seeing her dead mother and brother, who beg her to join them. Meanwhile, Cypher, Mondo and Wildside are vulnerable to the tentacles after Armor has dropped her psychic armor,
Outside, Mirage realizes the rescue line connecting her teammates to the outside has been severed. She calls out to Wolfsbane and Boom Boom, who are surrounded by armed Carnelian cops. Boom Boom fights back with a time bomb, and the Prime Minister orders the film crew to capture the "monsters' actions."
Inside the dome, Mondo drags Wildside towards the girl, instructing him to use his power to give her good dreams. Wildside's efforts transform the girl's nightmarish surroundings into pleasant images, and the dome disappears. The girl, now a purple monstrous figure, cries "not again." Dani comforts her, assuring her they are there to help to control her power.
However, the Prime Minister orders their arrest. Because the mutants are exhausted, Dani advises surrendering to avoid casualties. Boom Boom reluctantly agrees, but before she can act, Magik teleports in, declaring there will be no surrender. She warns the Carnelians in Russian that their insult will not be forgotten, and teleports the mutants away before the order to open fire can be executed.
The next, the rescued mutants are treated by Healer at Arbor Magna. Healer found an unknown anesthetic in their bloodstreams and plans to analyze the connection the mutant girl who is now named Cosmar. For now, Cosmar is placed in a special cell designed by Forge to prevent her powers from manifesting. Manon and Maxime are present all time to keep her emotions positive.
Illyana informs Doug and Dani about DOX, a website revealing mutant addresses, which led to the attacks on Glob and Armor. She suggests taking action against the site which is supported by Glob.
