History
Fialan was a K'aitian assassin of the Ptill Pawob who worked with Lord Visis to usurp the throne of Jarella. When Jarella was sent to earth to retrieve the Hulk. Fialan tracked Banner and Jarella to Gamma Base and ambushed the pair. Fialan blasted some equipment, which exploded, seemingly killing Jarella. Hulk grew enraged and attack, killing Fialan. Fialan's corpse was sent back to K'ai.[1]
Fialan somehow returned to life and set out to slay the Hulk. He returned to Earth but was easily defeated and arrested.[2]Paraphernalia
