History

Savage Shadowland was a wild and untamed reality. After the Savage Land spread over much of the planet, the dinosaurs roamed freely while humanity could only find relative safety in isolated, fortified settlements.

Earth-TRN932 from Marvel Future Revolution 002

Star-Lord arrived on the Savage Shadowland and traversed its landscape using a scanner to track down his friend Groot. Approaching a fortress, Star-Lord drove off a group of Compsognathus that attacked him, but had to chase one that took off with his scanner, and was forced to fight more of them. He retrieved the scanner but was getting multiple readings for Groot, making Quill think that it had been broken. When a pack of Velociraptor surrounded a group of natives, Star-Lord used a smoke bomb to scare them away, but his scanner started beeping, alerting the creatures. Quill took down the raptors and their alpha. One of the locals, Jekug, thanked Quill and explained they had fallen to the raptors' grasp while trying to rescue their friends who had been captured by Saurians. Quill offered to help out and heads towards the Saurian tribe. He used a hologram projector to cast a holographic image of himself to lure the Saurians away and freed the humans from their cages. Saurians arrived and Star-Lord defeated them and their chief. The chief fled as the Saurians released a rampaging mutated T-Rex, but was knocked down by it. After Star-Lord took down the dinosaur, he noticed the natives running away in fear, and failed to interpret that a female native was warning him of an incoming mutated Quetzalcoatlus. The dinosaur lunged at Star-Lord and the native and snatched them. Quill fired at the creature, causing it to drop both of them. Star-Lord catched the native and then defeated the dinosaur. Quill parted ways with the native, Nasati, who warned him about trees that watched in the area. Quill thought she might be referring to Groot and resumed his search. A group of Flora colossi emerged from the ground and attacked him, but Quill defeated them. He was then confronted by a pack of mega Flora colossi but took them down as well. Moving deeper into the jungle, Star-Lord was confronted and defeated an elder Flora colossi. Afterward, the Star-Lord of New Stark City dropped behind Quill. Star-Lord initially opened fire and was then disconcerted to be facing a version of himself. New Stark City's Star-Lord invited his counterpart to join him, but Quill was reluctant since he wants to find his team. New Stark City's Star-Lord assured him that his team would find no matter what. Quill joined his counterpart aboard a Quinjet, and the ship flew into a portal to the Primary Earth.

Earth-TRN932 from Marvel Future Revolution 003

During the night, Black Widow infiltrated a Hand Compound and interrogated a Hand ninja about the location of a group of abducted children to no avail. She was spotted and fought her way through enemies. Delving deeper into the grounds of the Hand Ninja Castle through its roofs, Romanoff took down more ninjas and evaded their traps. Finding two children fighting each other in the castle's training grounds, Natasha was reminded of her past and vowed to never again allow children to be turned into weapons. Natasha spotted a caged dinosaur and set up explosives next to its cage. She then revealed herself to an Elite Hand Ninja and detonated the explosives, freeing the T-Rex. The monster wreaked havoc and took down the Hand's forces. Before it could endanger the child recruits, Black Widow mounted the dinosaur and electrocuted it. The Elite Hand Ninja ordered the children to leave and confronted Black Widow, but he and his subordinates were defeated. Investigating a suspicious wall sculpture, Natasha opened a secret passage leading her to the Hand Ninja Castle, where she defeated more elite ninjas. The Hand's child recruits standing in front of the castle prepared to confront Natasha, when to her surprise, she was approached by The Hand's leader, Daredevil. He told her that the planet has become a savage place that wasn't safe beyond the walls of the castle, and assured that the children could only survive if they become warriors. After Black Widow put Daredevil in the ropes, the children stepped between him and Black Widow. Matt decided to let them decide whether to stay or not, and the children followed him back into the castle despite Natasha's pleas. A portal opens behind Natasha, and the Black Widow of the New Stark City arrives from within. She warned her counterpart of a multiversal threat and the two Black Widows walked into the portal to Primary Earth.
