This reality was presumably somewhat similar to Earth-712 up until Nighthawk realized that he was aging while some of his team mates were not. So he acquired an alien symbiote and converted it into a drug called "Bonding Agent for Nanomolecular Enhancement" or "B.A.N.E.". Nighthawk would then trick each members of the Squadron Supreme into bonding with it until eventually all of them had. ^[1]
