Doctor Octopus (Earth-50101)

Nalin Oberoi transformed his doctor into Doctor Octopus and sent him to kill Spider-Man, as instructed by the demon voices. Oberoi kidnapped Pavitr's aunt Maya Prabhakar, taking her to a refinery outside Mumbai. There he betrayed Doctor Octopus, blasting him away with a ray. Spider-Man arrived and fought Oberoi, who had also kidnapped Meera Jain. Oberoi let both aunt Maya and Meera fall and Spider-Man dived for his aunt, but then failed to rescue Meera, who was saved by Doctor Octopus to exact revenge on Oberoi.^[1]
