Beast managed to gain an early advantage against the X-Men Cyclops, Marvel Girl and Moonstar.^[1]

Moonstar showed the ability to project numerous green, telepathic gremlins by gesturing with her arms. They could seemingly pass through solid matter. They caused severe physical pain to those they struck, but if interrupted, Moonstar herself seems to experience severe headaches.
