History
The C.A.P., short for "Conserve and Protect", was a peacekeeping robot designed by Ted Castle for use on Nu-World. However, a flaw in the robot's programming caused him to activate prematurely while he still on Earth, after Castle and Mister Fantastic mentioned law-enforcement officers near him. Due to the flaw, he began attacking indiscriminately anything he considered a threat, no matter how insignificant. He proved overwhelmingly powerful and was able to defeat even all of America's heroes working together. Ultimately, Mister Fantastic used his ultrapowerful Anti-Galactus Suit to both attract and destroy the robot.[1]
