Chili Storm was a co-worker, close friend, and business rival of Millicent "Millie the Model" Collins. She is established as an out and proud lesbian, expressing attractions to famous superheroines.[2]
While modelling for Hanover and taking part in photoshoots alongside Millie, Patsy Walker, Jill Jerold, and Toni Turner. Millie was briefly imprisoned after finding a gun by a shot photographer, Chili helped to clear Millie's name and to investigate the crime while also being targeted by thugs. It turned out to be the work of Sachet Nelson, the photographer's ex-girlfriend.[3]Attributes
