Ceres Goldstein (Earth-616)

Ceres Goldstein was a criminal outfitter and weapons designer. At Hammerhead's request, she designed a drug that could return a person to their physical prime for a limited time. She even took some of it herself to try, and as a result appeared twenty years younger.^[3]
