History
Lady Octopus seemingly had a similar history as her Earth-616 counterpart. She was recruited by Stilt-Man into the Sinister Sixty to steal "the heart of the city." Carolyn and the rest of the Sinister Sixty ambushed Spider-Bite and Spider-Man at Grand Central Station, presumably being defeated with the rest of the team.[1]
