Hulk shared the same history as his Earth-616 counterpart until Jarella avoided her death. The pair were able to return to K'ai with the help of Hank Pym. The pair get married and began to sense an evil presence over their world, when Jarella was attacked while she slept and had to be saved by the Hulk. Tracking the source of the creature down, he found a worshiper of the Dark Gods who melted when Hulk tried to confront him.

They assembled the Defenders of K'ai and went to confront the Dark Gods where they found Visis under the control of the gods. He unleashed a construct of the Hulk's anger, which the Hulk defeated by hurling into the cave containing Visis.^[1]
