Ben Garrett (Earth-93060)

Ben Garrett was a wealthy and privileged young man who discovered he had the Ultra ability to fly. He initially wasn't sure how his father would take the news, and kept it a secret while reveling in the joy of flight at night. Shortly after telling his father his secret, Ben was one of the first victims of the Ultra serial killer named Rafferty.^[1]

It was Ben's death that prompted the involvement of private investigator Alec Swan. Mr. Garrett hired Swan to look into his son's death, giving him virtually unlimited resources during his hunt for Rafferty.^[2]
