Basil Andrews (Earth-616)

Basil Andrews was a rival Doctor to Don Blake, both professionally and in his attraction to Jane Foster. When the Lava Man attacked New York and Thor defeated him, she felt Don did not do enough to protect her and so went to work for Bruce.^[1] When the Cobra attempted to rob him, he showed his cowardly side and submitted to him which eventually drove Jane Foster back to Don Blake who she felt would have stood up to Cobra. ^[3]

In Journey Into Mystery #97 Jane Foster initially calls him Basil Andrews and later addresses him as Bruce Andrews. On Thor: Asgard's Avenger #1 in the Jane Foster entry it is confirmed that his name is Basil Andrews.
