Arthur Berman was a young married professional who had moved to Albany, New York with his wife because the city was young and clean. They discovered a confrontation between members of the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, and Crimson Dynamo in a parking garage in town. Arthur was disturbed by the proximity of the confrontation and was unable to sleep after the news report.[1]
