During the move, Wiggler transforms into a Flutter and quickly retrieves the ball to hit over the net. Wiggler can retrieve the ball from anywhere on the court, and he always returns it with a topspin at moderate speed. After using the move, Wiggler shifts its position to where the ball had previously been.
