Circular Clouds are harmless enemies that appear in Super Princess Peach. They appear in certain areas where certain platforms or gimmicks are required to advance forward. During that time, they appear in a spirit-like form if you try using the Joy vibe and get close to them (as they're normally near the desired destination) they will cling on to Peach, turn blue and weigh her down and then switch off her Joy Vibe so this is where you have to find a different alternative.
