“ Okay son... I've decided to tell you the truth. I think you're old enough to know where I really come from. „
~ Omni-Man wants to tell Invincible the truth.
“ We will share our technology with them! We'll bring them up to speed with the rest of the universe. In, time Earth will be better than it ever was. „
~ Omni-Man wants the Viltrumite Empire to conquer the Earth.

Omni-Man is the deuteragonist alongside Oliver Grayson of the Image Comic series Invincible. Omni-Man initially starts off as a fake hero that desires to conquer the Earth for the Viltrumite Empire. However, Omni-Man slowly starts to change to become a genuine hero towards Earth due to his love for his family and friends. When he attempts to conquer the Earth by trying to kill Invincible, Omni-Man flees the planet as he cannot bear the guilt of betraying his allies on Earth and his own family. On Thraxa, Omni-Man reunites with Invincible and reforms from his evil ways by wanting to live on Thraxa.

What Makes Him Magnificent?[]

  • Not only he is strong, he is highly skilled and has over a thousand years of combat experience thanks to living in a spartan-like society and learning new fighting techniques from the many fights with a variety of enemies he had over a millennium, he had no choice but to sharpen his combat skills to stay on top and survive.
  • Fakes the history of the Viltrumite Empire to Earth by saying that they bring peace to alien civilizations instead of the fact that the Viltrumite Empire are conquerors.
  • Becomes a hero for Earth for two decades while hiding his true nature and the nature of the Viltrumite Empire.
  • Teaching his son how to use his powers and to become a superhero.
  • Genuinely affable to everyone and eventually becomes a genuine hero for Earth due to the time he spends on the planet.
  • Succeeds in killing the Guardians of the Globe discreetly.
  • Successfully deceives the world on how the Guardians of the Globe had died.
  • When he fights the revived Immortal, he does so high in the skies to prevent the people of Earth from seeing him kill the Immortal. This shows he is capable of setting up a situation in which he can get away with a somewhat unexpected fight.
  • Attempting to convince Mark Grayson to let the Viltrumite Empire conquer Earth, as Omni-Man believes the Viltrumite Empire will make the society of Earth better.
  • Although he had a Villainous Breakdown during his fight against his son, Invincible, he recovered from the breakdown by the time he conquered Thraxa.
  • Redeems himself and uses his intelligence to fight against the Viltrumite Empire, thanks to the time he spent on Earth, the fact his son Mark made him human, and abandoning his mission to conquer Earth.

What Makes Him a Baddie?[]

  • He tends to rip his targets apart in shocking and savage ways, even if they are innocent and demonstrates his disregard for human life by dismissing their brutal deaths as a casual walk in the park for him.
  • He has conquered various planets and slaughtered billions on behalf of the Viltrumite Empire.
  • He slaughters the Guardians of the Globe to weaken Earth's defenses against Viltrumite incursion.
  • He physically and psychologically torments Invincible, his son, during their fight.
  • He brutally massacres the Flaxans by slamming into them so fast he creates nuclear explosions triggering nuclear fusion amongst the surrounding air molecules.
    • It should be noted that massacring people is a common trait for Viltrumites, and his acts are tame compared to the mass-raping Pure Evil Thragg.
