Scratchy is a minifigure released in 2014 as a part of The Simpsons theme.

Scratchy is a cartoon cat who appears on Bart and Lisa Simpson's favorite cartoon, "The Itchy and Scratchy Show." In the cartoons, he is often killed or attacked by Itchy in very violent and gruesome ways.

- His axe handle is a lighter shade of brown, unlike the Lumberjack's from 8805 Minifigures Series 5.
- He has a new tail piece, similar to Rocket Raccoon's.
- He and Itchy appeared in the episode "Brick Like Me" with a current molded headpiece.
- Scratchy is voiced by Harry Shearer who also voiced Ned Flanders, Julius Hibbert, Waylon Smithers, Jr. and Montgomery Burns.
