Brave But Foolish is the two hundred and second episode of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and the twenty-second episode of season fifteen.

Plot[]

The Ninja arrive in Ninjago City with their upgraded vehicles and enjoy their upgraded vehicles' capabilities as they engage the Vengestone Army. Watching the action on TV at Kryptarium Prison, several criminals express the hope that the Ninja will be destroyed, only to be quickly shut down by Ronin. Aboard the Destiny's Bounty, Wu appears wearing the Dragon Armor, now upgraded, intent on joining the battle. Garmadon's dismissal of this aggravates Lloyd, and Garmadon turns to contemplating the remains of Christofern. Nya notes that the plant is actually still alive and quite hardy, but is reminded of her absent elemental powers as she considers the plant's needs.

The Ninja attempt to tow the Crystal King Temple away from the city using the Bounty and Zane's jet, only to be attacked by Harumi and the Overlord's Crystal Beasts. Wu and Garmadon join the battle, but Zane's jet is brought down and crashes with him not being able to eject. Wu confronts the Overlord, noting that his father always told stories about the Overlord that ended with the villain's defeat. However, the Overlord counters by noting that the First Spinjitzu Master never truly defeated him but simply restored the balance, which allowed the Overlord to return again and again.

Wu is knocked off the temple, and the Overlord then unleashes a powerful blast of energy upon the city, causing crystals to spread across the metropolis. He then blasts the Bounty, which begins to fall and then breaks in half after Lloyd engages the air breaks. Nya ends up on the front half and manages to slow her descent with the sails, while the rear half crashes with Lloyd and Garmadon aboard. Having achieved a victory, the Overlord sits down on his throne.
