A Mayor Problem is the one hundred and eighty-fourth episode of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu
Plot [ ] The Ninja go to ask Mayor Trustable to release Aspheera from Kryptarium Prison and reunite her with her staff so that she can drain Nya 's powers. However, Mayor Trustable is unwilling to risk harm to the citizens of Ninjago City , and has little confidence in the Ninja's abilities to keep her under control after various past crises . Having been frustrated in their attempts to legally free Aspheera, Lloyd decides that they must break her out. Wu opposes the plan, but the other Ninja are in support, and Skylor arrives to use her powers to maintain Nya's frozen state while Zane and the others head out.
Kai , Lloyd, and Zane head to Kryptarium for Aspheera, and Zane freezes Kai and Lloyd in order to get them past the prison's thermal sensors. Meanwhile, Cole and Jay head to Borg Tower in order to recover Aspheera's staff from the vault, only to find that neither of them remembers the access code Pixal gave them for the elevator. Setting off an alarm with an incorrect code, they are forced to make their way down the shaft along the elevator cables. Back at Kryptarium, the Ninja access Aspheera's maximum security cell, and explain their need for her assistance.
Aspheera is initially reluctant to help her foes, until the Ninja promise that she will gain her freedom in exchange for her help. She agrees, but her cell is destroyed in the process of their escape and sets off an alarm. Back at the monastery, Pixal and Skylor are struggling to keep Nya frozen. Aspheera and her liberators evade security and make their way out of the prison, while Jay and Cole arrive at the vault only to find that Aspheera's staff and the other artifacts are all missing. Skylor's emulation of Zane's powers starts to fail, and Nya is in danger of becoming unstable.
