Tokime (ときめ) is a mysterious amnesiac girl and a supporting character in Futo Tantei/Fuuto PI. After being a suspect in a killing spree, Tokime's innocence was proven and she joined the Narumi Detective Office as an assistant detective.

Meeting Shotaro and Joining the Agency[]
Tokime first met Shotaro Hidari by the docks and later stole money from Chuuta Tsubosaki because she wanted "hungry". After Chuuta reported the encounter to Shotaro, Shotaro saw that Tokime's actions were consistent with the Road Dopant. Shotaro tracked her down by the fountain and ultimately cleared her name by naming Sabu as the true culprit and identity of the Road Dopant. Though Tokime was innocent, she turned her self in on Shotaro's suggestion but was released early on probation by Ryu Terui, on the condition she'd be an assistant to Shotaro at the Narumi Detective Office.
On her first day of work, she accompanied Shotaro to guard Monako Moriguchi, a game developer of Maxsoft who was also secretly the idol Megu Kazamatsuri, from the Meganeura Dopant. She also sensed the presence of Yukiji Bando and mindlessly walked to his direction, which resulted in Shotaro being injured. After regaining her senses as well as Shotaro's assurance that she'll finish the job without him, Tokime discovered that Midori Koizumi was actually an informant for Mutsuo Mihara, the true identity of the Meganeura Dopant. Philip was impressed by her work and later rewarded her with a pink-colored Stag Phone as part of her initiation into the team.
A Glimpse of her Past[]
After solving a few cases with Shotaro, they later took a case to help the Rando family find their elderly Rentaro Rando, who had gone missing following a deal with Mamoru Nikaido. Tokime accidentally found herself back into Shadow Fuuto once again and encountered Hideo Chiba, a member of Yukiji's Street who wished to bring Tokime back into their fold. Tokime refused and managed to escape back into the real world with Rentaro, who had been trapped in Shadow Fuuto all along. Wanting to truly dedicate herself into becoming a detective, Shotaro taught and told her everything he knew, including his past.
Personality[]
Tokime is blunt and straightforward, but not as inquisitive. She despises being in anyone's way and will do everything she can to avoid it. She still doesn't appear to see her provocative nature, and when she pointed it out to Philip at "Y's Cavern" and was cautioned, her cheeks flushed and she was ashamed.
While Tokime is fully aware of Shotaro, Phillip, and Ryu's role as Futo's Kamen Riders, she was ignorant of Double's Fang forms and was taken aback by Kamen Rider Accel's bike form.
Joker Dopant[]
Joker Dopant
The Joker Dopant is a monster adept at combat and utilizing playing cards as weapons.
Powers:
- Energy Cards: The Joker Dopant can create cards that can be drawn from its wrists or slots that appear on its chest. The cards can be used as blades for cutting objects or targets, timed explosives that detonate on a target or a deck of them can be used to release a powerful energy shockwave that damages or destroys anything in its path.
- Containment Card: Joker can use a card to trap someone inside of it, once contained, the helpless target can be killed by Joker shattering the card with an attack.
- Joker Kick: A Dopant version of its Rider counterpart, Joker envelops itself in an aura of energy and delivers a flying kick to its target.
- Enhanced Speed and Strength: Joker is an extremely fast Dopant, able to move towards an opponent in the blink of an eye and deliver a barrage of rapid fire punches. It is also capable of tearing a Dopant apart with its bare hands or even breaking their Gaia Memory and killing its user with brute force.

Relationships[]
- Shotaro Hidari/Kamen Rider Double (Joker): Tokime is very "attached" to Shotaro, possibly indicating a romantic affection towards him.
- Philip/Kamen Rider Double (Cyclone/Fang): Tokime has a rivalry with Philip regarding getting affection from Shotaro. Despite being bitter toward each other, they still admit their positive and negative traits.
- Akiko Narumi: Akiko openly welcomed Tokime to be Shotaro's assistant without Shotaro's notice. It's possible that Akiko did this to make Shotaro and Tokime a couple so she could tease him for it. To Tokime, Akiko is a kind of a teacher for her on working in the Narumi Agency.
- Ryu Terui/Kamen Rider Accel: While Tokime is temporarily arrested after the Road case, Ryu later came to trust her and welcomes her as an ally.
- Futo Irregulars: Tokime is introduced to Futo Irregulars by Shotaro during the Puzzle Dopant case, which surprises the members. she grew fond of the members antics and expressed her fear of a possibility that she could forget them all when her memories came back.
Notes[]
- Tokime's name means "heartbeat".
- In the opening theme sequence, Tokime is shown revealing her armpits. In Crunchyroll's upload of the opening on YouTube however, the armpits are censored with Tokime's outfit being replaced with a long-sleeved blouse instead. This censorship is also seen on Tencent Video in China due to the country's strict censorship laws. To accommodate, Tokime begins wearing the long-sleeved blouse starting in Episode 6, while her midriff is often concealed by promotional artwork.
- While the Joker Dopant is the sixth to be linked to one of Double's main six Gaia Memories, there are several differences between it and the five that preceded it: The Joker Dopant used a dedicated Dopant Memory, while the other five used T2 Gaia Memories; The Joker Dopant uses a Driver to transform, while the other five used Gaia Memory connectors; finally, the Joker Dopant was only conceived over ten years after the end of the series, long after the other five, and as such does not have a dedicated suit.
