- Lie Needle Shooting: The Liar Dopant's signature ability is to convert any lie they say into an object called Lie Needles (ライニードル, Rai Nīdoru) which forces whoever is hit by them to fall under the Dopant's deception and believe whatever lie is converted into the needle.

- Lie Speaks (ライスピークス, Rai Supīkusu): The Liar Dopant's signature weapon, a staff with a speaker in the shape of a giant mouth which can shoot energy blasts.
Sachio Sawada[]

The main user of the Liar Memory was Sachio Sawada (沢田 さちお, Sawada Sachio), a street calligrapher and poet who used the Liar Memory to become the Liar Dopant, referred to in urban legends as the Radio Tower Clown (電波塔の道化師, Denpatō no Dōkeshi). Though he was paid by Yukiho to help Jimmy win the Fuuuuuutic Idol (フーティックアイドル, Fūtikku Aidoru) competition, he turned on her after she failed to pay him his ideal amount, revealing the ruse in front of Jimmy. Once his cover was blown, and his being a fan of Wakana Sonozaki's radio show used against him, the Liar Dopant was defeated through the combined powers of Kamen Riders Double and Accel, with Double dealing the final blow using CycloneJoker's Joker Extreme.
Love♡Wars[]
In the music video for "Love♡Wars", the Liar Dopant makes a cameo as he fights the Kamen Riders.
