Mother Sagarc (マザーサガーク, Mazā Sagāku) is a giant mecha monster[1] of the Sagarc tribe and one of Kamen Rider Saga's giant monsters[2]. Looks like a giant Sagarc, it has a black appearance. It uses a destructive beam emitted from its mouth that powerful enough to bury Fangires with a single blow and has a tentacle Sagarc Tentacle (サガークテンタクル, Sagāku Tentakuru) extending from the bottom[2]. It also has 1,000 mass-produced Sagarcs (量産型サガーク, Ryōsan-gata Sagāku) inside[2]. These monster are different from normal Sagarc, whose purpose is to control the Armor of Saga, from the very beginning, although the shape is similar, the body is much larger, and the function is specialized for battle[2].

In 2008, Mother Sagarc was summoned in response to the intention of Taiga Nobori, who tried to force Wataru Kurenai, who did not want to belong to Fangire, to surrender[2]. It sent a mass-produced Sagarc to attack in waves, but was annihilated by Kamen Rider Kiva Emperor Form's Zanvat Sword in the blink of an eye, so it faced the battle itself[2].
