The Ladybug Fangire (レディバグファンガイア, Redibagu Fangaia), whose true name is Any Casino has a Drying Vanity (どのカジノも虚栄に乾いている, Dono Kajino mo Kyoei ni Kawaiteiru), is a member of the Insect Class with the ability to fly. He uses this ability to get the best of Kiva, Keisuke Nago, Kengo Eritate, and Megumi Aso, who cannot bring it upon herself to use the Ixa Knuckle against him. He could also emit a surge of red energy from his wings. After being destroyed by Ixa, the Fangire's body explodes and its dispersed soul reforms itself into a Six Pillars Sabbath where it was shortly destroyed by the teamwork of Kiva and Ixa along with Castle Doran and Powerd Ixer.

Ladybug Fangire is voiced by Ryusei Nakao (中尾 隆聖, Nakao Ryūsei), who previsouly voiced Jelly Imagin in Kamen Rider Den-O, later he voiced Edison Crisper in Kamen Rider: Beyond Generations.
