Kamen Rider Demons Trooper α (仮面ライダーデモンデモンズトルーパーα（アルファ）, Kamen Raidā Demonzu Torūpā Arufa) is the Demons Trooper's spider and Kamen Rider Demons-based form accessed by using the Trooper Spider Vistamp in the Demons Driver.

Compared to Demons Trooper β, Demons Trooper α has higher punching power and running speed but lower kicking power and jump height. Demons Troopers are much weaker than any other Kamen Riders, requiring them to fight in large numbers.

Demons Trooper α consists of the following parts:

• α Geno Head (α（アルファ）ゲノヘッド, Arufa Geno Heddo): The head.
  • α Genomet (αゲノメット, Arufa Genometto): The helmet. It draws out the potential of the user with Genomuscle (ゲノマッスル, Genomassuru), an artificial muscle that enhances the transformer's physical abilities by receiving an energy supply.
  • Spider Geno Gear (スパイダーゲノギア, Supaidā Geno Gia): The special face armament. The Trooper Spider Vistamp's unique ability enables deploying the Trooper String (トルーパーストリング, Torūpā Sutoringu) energy net from each part of the body. This is expected to be utilized to capture targets and protect facilities, and will play an active role in the defense of bases.
  • α Viewer (αビュワー, Arufa Byuwā): The visual sensor. It works in conjunction with the weapons control assistance engine I.M.P.R.O.V.E. and functions as a sight for handheld armaments, boasting unmatched accuracy. In addition, six auxiliary sensors lined up on the left and right sides provide a nearly 360-degree field of vision for vigilance.
  • α Communicator (αコミュニケーター, Arufa Komyunikētā): The communication device. It has a built-in voice communication device with high confidentiality, and each Demons Trooper serves as an access point to each other to ensure high communication strength.
• Breast Geno Gear (ブレストゲノギア, Buresuto Geno Gia): The chest equipment. With strong armor that protects the user and the built-in special breathing device D Trooper Lung (Dトルーパーラング, D Torūpā Rangu), it enables operational activities in harsh environments.
• D Trooper Suit (Dトルーパースーツ, D Torūpā Sūtsu): The reinforced suit. It has excellent fire resistance, pressure resistance, and waterproof performance, expanding the user's range of action.
• α Geno Shoulder (αゲノショルダー, Arufa Geno Shorudā): The shoulder equipment. Due to the unique ability of the Trooper Spider Vistamp, it is equipped with a high-definition radar capable of searching 50 km around it, enabling immediate response to any situation.
• D Trooper Arm (Dトルーパーアーム, D Torūpā Āmu): The arms. Genomuscle, an artificial muscle that is stretched around the whole body, receives an energy supply from the Demons Driver and strengthens the physical ability of the user.
• Hand Geno Gear (ハンドゲノギア, Hando Geno Gia): The hand equipment. It converts the unique ability of the Vistamp into striking power, increasing punching power. In addition, by equipping the weapons control assistance engine I.M.P.R.O.V.E. (インプローブ, Inpurōbu) that simplifies the operation of various types of armaments, it enables operation of not only conventional weapons but also the Revice System's Ohinbuster50 and Osutoderuhammer50.
• D Trooper Leg (Dトルーパーレッグ, D Torūpā Reggu): The legs. Genomuscle, an artificial muscle that is stretched around the whole body, receives an energy supply from the Demons Driver and strengthens the leg strength of the user.
• Foot Geno Gear (フットゲノギア, Futto Geno Gia): The foot equipment. By receiving the operation of the Demons Driver and gathering high-density energy on the underside, the finishing move Demons Finish that converts the Vistamp's genetic information into an attack can be activated.

  • Demons Finish (ディーモンズフィニッシュ, Demonzu Finisshu): This finisher has two variations.
    • Demons Trooper α produces silk that encircles and restrains two enemies before glowing red. The Demons Trooper then punches one of the opponents with his lower right arm covered in crimson energy, producing a burst of magenta energy upon impact, before doing the same to the second opponent with his left arm. With his lower right leg covered in crimson energy, the Demons Trooper performs a roundhouse kick that produces a yellow energy slash along with strands of silk. The kick strikes both opponents, producing more magenta energy upon impact.
    • Demons Trooper α entangles the opponent with silk produced from his hand. The end of the silk remains connected to his hand as he pulls it, restraining the target.
