Yukiji Bando (万灯 雪侍, Bandō Yukiji) is the main antagonist of Futo Tantei/Fuuto PI. He is the leader of Street who transforms into the Aurora Dopant (オーロラ・ドーパント, Ōrora Dōpanto).
History[]
Background[]
Sometime in his past, Yukiji Bando was the CEO of Kai Operations, an idealistic company centered around nurturing talented individuals and sending them out into society. The company was later funded by Foundation X, to which members of the company including Yukiji became involved in the research of Gaia Memories alongside Ryubei Sonozaki at Museum. During this time, Yukiji obtained and began using the Aurora Gaia Memory.
Sometime after Museum's fall at the hands of Kamen Rider Double, Yukiji left Kai Operations and found his way into Shadow Fuuto, where he founded Street.
Watching Double[]
After he became active, he learned about Kamen Rider Double and witnessed him fight several Dopants he believed had the potential to become a "High Dope", but immediately killed them upon learning they were "trash." His next target was Kiku Kagamino and got close to her using her grandson Kuuya Kagamino's bridal party as a cover. Although he was surprised to see that both Shotaro and Philip were attendees, he believed it to be fate as they investigated the murders of Kuuya's two brides and its connection to the Alcohol Dopant. Towards the end of the case, Yukiji dispatched Kazuha Gojo to act as the Scream Dopant, and made himself known to Double and Accel not as Daisuke Kanamori, but as Yukiji Bando.
Making His Move[]
With Double and Accel now aware of his existence, Yukiji began his efforts to recapture Tokime while continue to search out potential High Dopes.
Personality[]
Yukiji is a mysterious yet charismatic man in white with a deep knowledge of Gaia Memories.
He has a god complex persona, claiming himself as an angel when Philip called him a 'real devil'. Yukiji has no qualm and kills his target with a calm manner while viewing them as useless. However, it seems there are a certain degree on the reason for viewing one as a trash for him as he only killed two individuals who has been defeated by the Kamen Riders so far.

Portrayal[]
Yukiji Bando is voiced by Daisuke Ono (小野 大輔, Ono Daisuke), who previously voiced Teddy in Kamen Rider Den-O.
In the stage play, he is portrayed by Yuki Kimisawa (君沢 ユウキ, Kimisawa Yuki), who previously portrayed Kirihiko Sudo in Kamen Rider W.
