Ex-Aid Damashii (エグゼイド魂, Eguzeido Damashī, lit. "Ex-Aid Soul") is a Legend Rider form based on Kamen Rider Ex-Aid's Action Gamer Level 2. Accessed through the Ex-Aid Ghost Eyecon, this form bears a currently unknown helmet with a currently unknown faceplate. The Kamen Rider is armed with Ex-Aid's Gashacon Breaker.
History[]
The Ex-Aid Ghost Eyecon appeared following the first encounter between Kamen Riders Ghost and Ex-Aid. It manifested from a green colored Energy Item, depicting the two Riders working together, which was left behind as a gift as Ex-Aid departed.
