Birth of the "Green" (「緑色」の誕生 "Midoriiro" no Tanjō) is the 19th episode of Stone Ocean and the 171st episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime. The episode covers the events of part of Chapter 669, then the entirety of 670 through 673 of the original manga.
Summary[]
The three heroes confront the prisoner who had DIO's bone, only to find that he and the rest of the inmates are turning into plants when exposed to sunlight. Jolyne, who has also begun changing, notices that the bone has transformed into a green baby, which the group seizes. While leaving, Anasui encounters Guccio, the Stand of Survivor. Anasui converts Guccio's body into a trap to prevent the remaining Stand User, D an G, from following them. D an G's Stand, Yo-Yo Ma, suddenly appears near the group and consumes the green baby. F.F. stays behind to eliminate D an G while Jolyne, Anasui and the servile Yo-Yo Ma escape into the wetlands. However, F.F.'s lower jaw begins to dissolve as they realize Yo-Yo Ma has already begun its attack.[1]
