Kentaro Tokiwa (常盤 健太郎 Tokiwa Kentarō) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Tokiwa was an animation director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
Originally from AD Cosmo, Tokiwa currently works freelance on various anime.
