The Gatekeeper of Hell, Pet Shop, Part 2 (地獄の門番ペット・ショップ その② Jigoku no Monban Petto Shoppu Sono 2), originally The Child Who Likes Dogs (犬好きの子供 Inu Suki no Kodomo) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred tenth chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the two hundred twenty-third chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary[]

Iggy stares at the Stand using hawk, Pet Shop, realizing he has stumbled upon the hideout of DIO. Pet Shop lands close to Iggy, analyzing whether or not the dog is of any threat to its master. Being forced into this journey, Iggy has no care for stopping DIO and therefore has no intention of dying fighting this bird. He plays dumb, but Pet Shop continues to leer at him. As this occurs, a speeding car drives toward Pet Shop. Rather than flying away, Pet Shop flies under the car, showing off his extreme speed and nimbleness. He then returns to the mansion, deciding that Iggy is of no threat. Iggy walks away but is stopped by a kid looking for his dogs. The kid sees Chibi's collar under the mansion doorway and crawls under it in search of his dogs. Iggy realizes that this kid will die, but as it has nothing to with him Iggy walks away, believing fools to be destined to die. On the other side of the door, the kid finds his dogs being devoured by Pet Shop. Pet Shop tries to attack the kid, but Iggy tackles the bird mid-flight. Despite having nothing to do with the situation, Iggy felt it was his duty to protect a kid who loved dogs.
