Todd is a former member of The Apex and a passenger on the Infinity Train's Mall Car. he is a minor antagonist in Book Two, and a minor supporting character in Book Three.

Todd appears in this episode, where he kicks Lake’s leg, causing him to break his own foot.

Todd appears in this episode, where he is shaving the Apex insignia on another Apex member's head. He also takes part in the raid on the Musical Car.

The New Apex[]

Todd appears in this episode, watching Grace and Simon fighting, he later watches in horror as a ghom dissolves Simon and watches in sadness with Grace.
