Agon had bushy eyebrows and a large, crooked nose that kept his hair in a ponytail. His outfit consisted of a lilac cloak covering his upper body and a matching dress beneath it in the 1999 anime adaptation. In the 2011 anime adaptation, his hair is depicted as grey and he wore a blue cloak and matching bluish-grey dress beneath it.[1]
Personality[]
Not much is known about Agon's personality, but he displayed a fearless and prideful attitude when confronted by even the strongest of foes, such as a blood-lust induced Hisoka.[2]
Plot[]
Hunter Exam arc[]
Agon manages to be one of the 24 Hunter examinees to pass the 3rd Phase of the Hunter Exam,[1] and make it to the 4th Phase on Zevil Island.[3] During the 4th Phase of the Hunter Exam, Agon is hunted by Hisoka. Unbeknownst to the two, Gon conceals himself within the forest, intending to steal Hisoka's number plate. As Hisoka closes in on his prey, in an intrepid act of retaliation, Agon pulls out his rapier and taunts his foe. When the two confront one another to attack, Gon uses his fishing pole to steal Hisoka's number plate, catching the two by surprise. Agon dies almost immediately after the confrontation while collapsing to the ground from Hisoka's card attack.[2]
