Gloria Chance is a supply keeper for the settlers at Foundation.

Gloria along with her husband Tad were with the settlers led by Paige that returned to Appalachia. Gloria was put in charge of the Foundation storage room as a supplier keeper. Gloria made contact with the Brotherhood of Steel in the hopes of purchasing weapons in exchange for food and other supplies, and has been waiting for a response from Paladin Rahmani. However came across Hellstorms launcher that used to belong to the Brotherhood.The Vault Dweller was tasked with getting the weapons back and securing trade relations with settles. The dwellers go to Gloria to ask about the Launchers. Gloria will assume the Dweller is about the Blamco Mac & Cheese shipment. The conversation can go many direction but in the end, Gloria and her husband, Tad Chance, will explain that they have recently purchased several Brotherhood weapons with the Brotherhood's insignia on them and that the settler guards have taken them to the East Mountain lookout tower for testing and exercises. Gloria will ask that the Vault dweller to keep in mind that these weapons are Foundation property and cost them quite a bit. Unlike her husband Gloria is more reasonable and willing to negotiate, the dweller can provide training in exchange for the Hellstorms, surplus food, and Intel on unusual weapons, Gloria remains in the storage room for the rest of the game.
