Air Quota[1] is an Adversary Mode featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of the The Doomsday Heist update, released on January 16, 2018, during the GT500 Week event.
Description[]
The concept of the mode is essentially the same as Kill Quota, where the player starts with the strongest weapon and tries to reach a kill quota in order to switch to the next weapon, usually a weaker one. When the last weapon is reached, one kill to the opposing team(s) will win the round for that player. If a player commits suicide, they will lose a kill towards the quota.
However, unlike Kill Quota, it does not necessarily follow the "stronger to weaker" ordering. Instead, the ordering is based on the versatility and the capabilities of the aircraft, meaning each player starts with the most maneuverable aircraft with better weaponry and progresses up to the least versatile aircraft with the most basic weaponry.
