Charm is a spell effect that raises a target's disposition, increasing their willingness to impart information, agree to a negotiated price if a merchant, as well as raising the chance of influencing them via admiration, intimidation, or taunting. This effect is a member of the Illusion school of magic, governed by the Personality attribute.
