Ikue Ōtani (大谷 育江 Ōtani Ikue, born August 18, 1965) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and narrator from Tokyo. She is affiliated with Mausu Promotion.
She is known for playing both male and female roles, and sometimes plays multiple roles in one production. Her most famous role is that of Pikachu in the Pokémon anime series. She is also known for voicing Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece, Konohamaru Sarutobi in Naruto, Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya in Detective Conan, and the titular character of Zatch Bell!, among many others.
