Steven Jay "Steve" Blum (pronounced "bloom") is an American voice actor, known for his distinctive, raspy voice. He is best known for his extensive voice work in anime, western animation, and video games, such as Heatblast, Ghostfreak, and Vilgax in Cartoon Network's Ben 10 franchise, Starscream in Transformers: Prime, TOM (Toonami Operations Module), the second/current host of the late-night Toonami block, Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, BlackWarGreymon in Digimon Adventure 02, Lord Darcia III in Wolf's Rain, Orochimaru in Naruto, Amon/Noatak in the Avatar spin-off series The Legend of Korra, Leon and Techmo in Regular Show, Ramón Gálvez Mena in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and Sub-Zero and Crash Bandicoot from their respective video game franchises.
Blum has also done voice work for various different Disney projects, all listed below.
