Carl's Childhood Home is a location seen in the 2009 Disney/Pixar animated feature film, Up, where Ellie shows Carl her adventure book.
Role in the film[]
The location is visited when a young Carl Fredricksen gets injured after falling off a very fragile plank in an abandoned house. Upon entering, Ellie tells Carl about Charles Muntz and his adventures in Paradise Falls by showing him her adventure book. As soon as Ellie leaves the house after talking to Carl, she tells Carl that he doesn't talk very much, but she likes him. The house's further fate is unknown, even after Carl and Ellie's marriage.
