Billy Blind is a supporting character in the Disney+ series Renegade Nell. He is a fairy is who tasked with helping Nell Jackson by imbuing her with special abilities.
Billy Blind is a fairy of unknown origin who suddenly appeared in Nell Jackson's life, following the death of her husband. He has been tasked with helping her, but only when she is in serious trouble, usually giving her the power to fight and become unstoppable. While he initially viewed himself as a guardian angel, it quickly becomes apparent that he is with her for some alternative purpose that is foreign even to him.
Personality[]
Billy is a talkative and snarky fairy. While he is mischievous, he does have a good sense of right and wrong and a good moral standing. He finds himself constantly arguing with Nell and tries to get her to do the right thing. No matter what, he is committed to his sense of duty and to Nell, whom he is very fond of.
Trivia[]
It is implied that Billy is attached to Nell because of Captain Jackson. Whether he knew of Billy prior is not yet known.
