"A View to a Ball" is the second segment of the twenty-seventh episode of Special Agent Oso. It premiered on July 10, 2010 alongside "Another Way to Fly", and is the second segment of the third episode in the second season.
Plot[]
Oso is being trained by Dotty to rescue Wolfie from floating off into space by using the space jet's emergency magnet. Once Oso gets Wolfie with the emergency magnet, he tries pulling him back to the space jet when he receives a special alert after he bumps him into the boxes, causing him to get loose. A girl named Kayley is at the beach and wants to play catch with her brother named Brandon, only she doesn't know how to catch a ball, so Oso must teach her how to catch a ball before they leave for home.
Joke quote[]
- "I sure had a ball with this assignment!"
Trivia[]
- This is the first time we see Wolfie in outer space.
- Oso uses his special agent pen to bring back the ball when it falls into the ocean.
- The three steps for catching a ball were also demonstrated in the Agent Oso short series, Three Healthy Steps.
- The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film A View to a Kill.
- When Oso says, "It's low so I bring my pinkies together...", Kayley says the opposite of that, which is "It's up high so I raise my hands and bring my thumbs together..." after they say "Get in front of the ball!" and before they say "...and pull it to my chest!".
